Your data is processed under KVKK art. 5 on the grounds that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, the fulfilment of a legal obligation, and legitimate interest; and, where required, based on your explicit consent.

Your data may be shared with the relevant hotel departments to fulfil your request and, only to the extent necessary, with our service providers (e.g. email/infrastructure providers). Transfers to legally authorized public authorities may be made as required by law.

Your personal data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the statutory periods set out in the applicable legislation; it is then deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing, to request correction of incomplete/incorrect data, to request erasure or destruction where the conditions are met, and to request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred.
